Interview
I had a tour of the childcare building, met the director of the childcare department, was asked if I could be there the next day for a few hours to observe and then they basically said can you start soon. I filled out an actual application after I started working for the company.

Question 1
I told them experience I had in childcare, with camps, in school settings, etc. They may have asked me: what days and times I was available, when I could start, if I could work with someone who is direct in their communication style. It was all so informal and laid back.
