I interviewed with my staffing agency for the position which was more them selling it to me. After that, I interviewed with my future supervisor and another team's supervisor.

I was contacted by a Recruiter who described the position. It is a lot like what I do in my current job but with greater opportunity for advancement so I was very interested. About a week (maybe less) later I was contacted to come in for a panel interview. I met with 2 supervisors in the department. I thought it went well. The interview was capped at 1 hour as they were meeting several candidates. One thing that was a red flag was one of the interviewers emphasized how chaotic the department is and how they are overloaded with work. She said I'd be walking into a mess and they want to be fully transparent upfront. It was odd, but didn't deter my interest at the time. Afterwards I followed up with the recruiter and confirmed my interest in the position. He said he'd let me know if he hears anything. It's been a week and a half and I haven't heard anything.
