Interview
“I recently participated in an interview with Unitywater and noticed that both the HR team and the department manager seemed to like me. However, I didn’t get the job. After doing some research on the company and reviewing their LinkedIn profile, I noticed that they seem to only hire employees who were born in Australia, with no representation of people from migrant backgrounds. This is disappointing, especially considering Australia’s need for migrants and the fact that many people here come from diverse backgrounds, including England and Ireland.”

Had someone calling me after the interview to advise me of the outcome. Good feedback on what I could have done better in an interview. Useful advices and was a positive experience

Interview
Simple enough, no real curveballs. Online assessment followed by a video interview due to covid restrictions. That is a video interview where answers are recorded and took about 20 minutes to complete.
