Unity Senior Business Development Manager interview questions

Very focussed and detailed and spread out over a number of months but very well controlled and managed by the recruiter Sean Canning. All interviewers were welcoming and remarkably open with information even at the early stages of the recruitment process as well as being open to follow-up emails asking for further details and additional phone calls when needed.

A thorough and very interactive interview process, proactively managed by a very personable HR team. After an initial email exchange, the HR team set up an HR interview video call a few days later. Very quickly a second call with the line manager was set up. Followed by three executive interviews via video call and face to face with the line manager. Sean and Alex from Unity HR managed the process smoothly and pro-actively. It felt like we became friends even before I met them face to face. Contract negotiation and paperwork were fast and efficient. Unity is a great company.
