Unity Search Tax Role With interview questions

I was contacted by Unity Search Headhunter - phone interview. I sent my resume via email and said I was interested in the position and would like an interview. There was very little interview process the recruiter was very unprofessional and did not respond after I said I was interested in the position. Number one she did not respond to email nor phone messages until I contacted Unity Search main office. Besides not responding to my messages she offered no suggestions on input on my resume. The job description lined up with my qualifications.
