Thorough but long, checked three references, and did require a project. I had a total of 4 rounds including recruiter screening. It was a great process overall and I didn't feel it was unfair, or necessarily too difficult so I recommend

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about the position, scheduled an interview, changed the date the day before, and then never showed up. I never heard from her again. I did not even apply for this job, so the entire experience was very confusing and disappointing. Very unprofessional.
Very professional and courteous interview with HR. Followed by way too many interviews (seven to nine). Most interviewers seem to be oblivious to the fact that hiring is a two-way street with very little allowed for questions from the job seeker.
