- Interview with HR Recruiter, about 45 minutes
- Interview with Panel, about 1 hour, behavioral questions
- Skills Test, quite lengthy
- One final interview
On the positive side, the interviewers were very friendly. Despite being a behavioral test, it was very conversational-style and easy to get through.
On the negative:
- Information about what the job entailed changed between what the HR recruiter said and what the panel said (ie, is it remote, is it hybrid, is it in-office changed multiple times in different conversations).
-Recruiter offered specific information and suggested other roles, but panel did not mention any of this.
- Did not work with my schedule.
- Was told to spend no more than 1 hour on the skills test but the number of sections required more than that to fully answer and revise clearly.
- Was told to ask questions if needed, but when I did, they did not reply.
- After being rejected, asked for feedback. They did not reply.
In general I felt as if the job's requirements were constantly shifting or not fully understood, and while they were friendly in scheduled conversations they ghosted me for anything unscheduled.
