I was contacted via LinkedIn about Technical Recruiter role on a contract basis.
First step in the process was a screening call with the recruiter that contacted me. This last about 25 minutes. This was regular screening call that briefly went over my experience and introduced the company and the role.
A second interview was scheduled with this same recruiter that last about 45 minutes. Questions were non-technical in nature and were to gauge my experience as a Recruiter and were more behaviour-based.
I then had a final interview with the hiring manager that lasted an hour. This meeting seemed geared towards if I'd be a good fit for the role and the company.
All interviews were enjoyable. Both the recruiter and hiring manager made me feel at ease, were knowledgeable and open, and easy to speak to.
The process from initial contact to offer was about 2.5 weeks.
