Recruiter reached out to me, we discussed the role and responsibilities.
Had several good conversations with individuals across the company. Discussed their perspective on the role, how it would fit within the hierarchy, discussed the company and goals of the studio.
Seemed like a really good group of folks.

Question 1
Discuss how have I dealt with issues in the past. Hiring, maintaining morale, encouraging employee growth.
Basic situational questions on how you would apply your previous experience to the role. Unfortunately they never came back to me with feedback which felt very unprofessional. In addition to this the department lead was 10 minutes late to the interview and didn’t feel like she wanted to be there.

Interview
Only one round of interview and rejected the candidate without asking any questions where only talking about myself was involved and nothing much to discuss. The only way to communicate was through email and no phone call
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out for initial screening followed by several interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Process took around 8-9 weeks but the recruiter kept in touch throughout. Overall a nice experience.
