The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. The first was with the university recruiter and lasted around 20 minutes. I was contacted for the second interview 1.5 weeks after. The second interview was with the mentor of the team and lasted 30 minutes. A week later, I conducted the third interview with the mentor and the hiring manager. I received an offer 2 days later and gave my references. Overall, the interview process was smooth and warm.
