Got a call from Dubai office, asking to come down for a technical test. Round 1 ----------- Asked for a brief introduction for myself and assigned an HTML test which lasted for approximately 3 hours. Got call again after a few days saying I made it through to the final round and mailed me the date and time of the interview. Round 2 ----------- Again after another brief introduction, an interrogation started on why I switched 4 companies so far. That was the only thing the person was interested in knowing about and it lasted for around 15-20 minutes. I was then asked to wait outside for some time as the one who is supposed to take my final round is in Sharjah and they are not sure what time he is going to come back. I went out and after 10 minutes I got a call from them asking me to leave for the day as he will not be able to make it. Got call again on the next day asking to come down for the final round. Round 3 ----------- One more brief introduction and no technical questions, just those generic ones on what all I have been handling. Asked me to wait for 5 minutes saying they want to decide. Then they said they are in the process of shortlisting candidates and will let me know in case I am through. I traveled from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for all these and they made real fun of me. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
