Interview
In person interview with principal investigator only. Mainly focused on skills and previous research experiences. Also discussed potential research direction and duty for RA position. 2nd round interview is group interview with lab people.

Interview
Underwent two rounds of interviews. First interview was over the phone and only about 20 minutes at max. I was asked the same questions as the ones on the screening portion of the online application. Second interview was on Teams, with the PI, and asked common behavioural interviews questions.

I interviewed with the Upstream Lab. First part of the interview was generic, "Tell me about yourself". Interview became very difficult and focused on subject matter expertise on literature reviews.

Advantages of narrative reviews, scoping reviews, the difference between meta-analysis and systematic reviews. Experience with patient recruitment, informed conset, clinical research etc. how to improve the efficiency of patient recruitment when patients are calling in to be recruited into the clinical study. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
