The process included:
An initial call with the recruiter.
A meeting with the team managers — a one-and-a-half-hour conversation conducted in both English and Hebrew. The meeting included a short test to assess numerical understanding, followed by a review of the test and a discussion of the reasoning behind the answers.
Receiving a home assignment — they send a business simulation consisting of two parts: an analytical section and a written section.
A third interview, where you present your assignment to the managers. This interview is a simulation in which you build a presentation based on your submitted work and present it to the managers, who role-play as the company’s clients.
