I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Urology Group (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was contacted and set up an initial phone interview with the recruiter. I was prepared and on time for my phone interview, then 6 minutes into the scheduled interview time with no contact. I then received an email citing unforeseen circumstances as a need to reschedule which I accommodated. I contacted the recruiter with a follow up asking about rescheduling the interview and never received a response. The next week I received a form rejection stating how they'd "enjoyed speaking with me". The insult added to the injury of being ghosted on the interview! This was a very unprofessional handling of this situation and based on other reviews appears to be a concerning pattern with this employer.
I was emailed a link to schedule an interview time. I was stood up for the video call interview. I emailed the interviewer and she said that cancellation notifications were sent out, but wasn't sure why I didn't get one.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Urology Group (Chesapeake, VA) in Nov 2023
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview is an overview of the position and technical requirements with a few basic questions. The second interview is around 6 questions and they are looking for very detailed answers. I was told in the first interview that they were hiring 6 people and that they usually don't get people as qualified as me for the position. I went into the second interview with a lot of confidence that I would get the position, but did not receive an offer, but I was taken back by the number questions, so you should over prepare.
