The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Unlimited (Greensboro, NC) in Sept 2017
Interview
There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived slightly early to the business. I signed in and eventually was greeted by someone who handed me a simple form to fill out - information which all could have been obtained simply by looking at my online recruiter easy-application profile.
The interview was one-on-one and was less of an interview than a pitch on the company's part. The company uses a revolving-door method of employment, with the supposed end goal of each starter employee becoming their own boss and opening their own office under the unnamed parent company's umbrella.
I found this interview to be a bit shady, and just short of a scam.
Would you like to come in for a second interview with a team leader who can more fully explain the process our company uses? (S)he will be able to give you more information about to the pay, benefits, company structure, expectations, and job cycle.
Dear Interviewee - We just wanted to thank you for coming and interviewing with our company. We're really sorry that you didn't have the best experience with us. We try to be thorough in our interview process and it's not our intention to be shady or deceptive. Yes, we do offer people opportunities for advancement with the company and opportunities for growth beyond an entry level position.
My interview was something I completely didn't expect. I didn't know if marketing was going to be something I was good at, but I wanted a career change. When I applied for this program, I had no idea the company had this much growth potential for someone who is wanting to do something different. The owner was really interested in getting to know me personally and also on a business level. He made it really easy for me to talk and tell him what I was looking for in my next career. I was very excited to be chosen for a second interview.

Question 1
What are you looking for in the next company that you get hired into?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Unlimited (Greensboro, NC) in May 2017
Interview
All they do is talk about what you could become without giving you the details of what they do. You are paid on commission alone and end up selling a product from a booth in stores like costco.
We appreciate your response and for interviewing for our company! I'm sorry you had a negative experience and if there was any misunderstanding. I just wanted to make sure that you were aware that we don't offer any commission based positions. All of our positions are hourly or salary, with a potential for a weekly bonus. We also don't sell products. We work with clients to increase their brand awareness. We wish you the best of luck!
