Very smart and intuitive hiring manager with almost 20 years of experience in this company, he explains thoroughly for this role and expectation. Tech lead is a very technical individual knowing the ins and outs of their system. Unfortunately, at the end the salary didn't meet my expectations. I would always say this company has been consistent and worth to work at, with a huge career growth opportunity.
