The interview process was standard. First, writing submission, then phone interview which included a short case question. It is also an opportunity for both sides to ask any clarifying questions.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
