Contacted them via email then spoke on the phone. After the email and phone interview there was a skype interview. Very friendly and easy to get a long with they made me feel very comfortabale and were willing to have me learn from the most senior people.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
