The interviewers told me about the company and why the position is available. I was asked about prior work experience. The brain-dead questions were kept to a minimum, surprisingly. They emphasized training new people, which sounded more like having to do someone else's job. They also played up being a "non-traditional company" i.e. more like a kindergarten.
Despite having a rather positive interview, something isn't right with the company or why this position is available. Specifically, how long they've been in business and having no customers. I would be very leery of this place.
