United Electric Supply interview questions

This company is a joke. Received a call from recruiter about a role with this company. I received two job titles with the same job description. When I asked why two different titles with the same job description, the recruiter told me this what he got because there aren't sure what the title should be. A few days later, I see the recruiter's boss post the same job description as a district director... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??? When I followed up with the recruiter, he told me they have passed on me because they are looking for someone from their competition. I laughed and mention that someone with this type of role will probably have a non compete and their reasoning makes no sense. I basically told the recruiter, they are going to bid to the cheapest person. This is very unethical of them....

This company held 3 interviews, one phone and two in person. Three employees-owners were in each interview with varying applicable backgrounds. A large portion of the interviews were explaining the culture and determining how I would fit.
