I had a 1st interview with a Talent Acquisition Leader. It was the worst interview I ever had. I had no introduction (on the recruiter or the company), they directly asked me why I left my former employee. Then, they asked specific questions which I didn't had the answer. He replied to me "You applied for us and you don't know that?". I'm very angry right now, how can you talk to a potential candidate this way... Also, I never had the answers as they didn't take the time to explain anything. WORST experience in HR ever !
