Hiring was well planned and executed by the HR team.
Had 3 rounds of interview consisting of questions from ITIL and past experience.
Salary negotiation was good and provided what was asked for .
Time to release offer letter takes time but nevertheless patience will be tested.

Interview process is delivery oriented, an SME of various service management processes should be able to answer the scenario based questions and provide insights to how services are managed.
Should have an understanding about how the organization functions.
