I was contacted by a Staffing Agency, via email and phone, who got me a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a face to face interview with panel of interviewers. I was walked around the entire company and explained all the manufacturing process.

Interview process based on behavioral questions/ What would you do if you had conflict with an employee and how did you handle it. what are some ideas have you submitted with previous companies lean, safety and did they save the previous company money or was the idea implemented
