Interview
There are multiple phases. I first applied for the job online and got a call from Unique afterwards. This call was the first step in the process. In the call you get more information concerning Unique and the job as a consultant, based on this information an interview will be scheduled. In preparation of the interview you will receive a language test and a planning test. During the interview the interviewer really wants to learn to know you as a person and the results of the tests will also be discussed.

De eerste keer wanneer ze je bellen wanneer je soliciteert is het gesprek vrij kort, maar 5 minuten dan vragen ze gewoon om jezelf kort voor te stellen, wat je gestudeert hebt, vragen ze naar je loonsverwachtingen en zowat je capaciteiten. Het tweede gesprek is ietske langer. Ongeveer 20-302 minuten en hier testen ze vooral je talenkennis en wat je kent of verwacht van de job.

Het is heel vlot verlopen (ongeveer 3 weken) met verschillende taal en plaanings testen. Daarna een soliciatie gesprek met verschillende vragen zowel persoonlijk als professioneel en voor de rest was het een basic solicitatietraject
