Interview
It is very interactive and casual. Additionally it is also very appropriate especially for young graduates which I believe is the target for the role in question. Both interviewers tried to get to know you beyond the formal experience that I went through.

Interview
I applied for the summer Internship which consists of 2/3 months of interning for the operations team as a Bookings Agent. I first had to submit an online application with my CV screening and was then selected for a skype interview with one person from the HR team and 2 team leaders which depending on the languages you have indicated you can speak will conduct the interview in that language.
