The interview was completely improvised. The interviewer didn't know that he was going to interview me. After the interview, they said "We'll send you a challenge until the end of the week". I've never received this and since then they don't return my calls. This situation happened more than once to different people. It can be a good company, but a behavior like this reveals amateurism.
