HR lady set up the phone interview but never called and did not respond to my follow up email about whether she wants to reschedule or not. One month later, the same lady called me again and set up the interview with Hiring manager, and then no response for another one to two weeks until the other HR contact Jenifer Riley called me and told me that the lady who I think is not professional left the company. From that time, the interview process is very smooth, Jenifer is very helpful and effective to schedule the interview quickly, getting back to me the offer status and details. I am very impressed by Jenifer and the Union bank management teams.
