Interview
2 weeks before i was interviewed by this company. they conducted 2 rounds of technical and 1 HR. Technical rounds are with coding question without even asking you introduction and basic theoretical question they start with - "So you have experience on java open the note pad" and give me the program to solve. Feels like already decided which question to ask. That's gone fine and i was selected in both the rounds then one HR call me to schedule your HR discussion for salary with senior HR. Senior HR is so busy that they re-schedule skype discussion 2 times and after that he called me on my phone and discussed like he is still in hurry. Discussed about the salary and said that we are releasing "contingent" offer letter. I really don't know about this kind of offer letter in my entire career. Now my concern is if you have a client round then why you are releasing offer letter first. Why you are playing with the peoples emotions by offering the offer letter if you already know that there is client round. I found that they just intact you and force you to give the client round by giving you a continuous call from the HR. They give you the questions to prepare which is completely out of my experience and they said that client will ask you from this and you have to prepare it. HR will continuously poke you every time by calling you to prepare well. The client round is very bad because i know they ask me question out of my experience still i tried my best to answer the questions. After the client round same HR will call me to know which questions the client asked and told me to mail them all the questions and give me the reason that they will discuss in the HR internal meeting and let me know. Off Course i know that they give the same questions to another candidate and make him/her force to prepare well. I Also ask them before the client round that if i am not able to clear the client round than what will be the case and they told me that we have plan B. They just fooled me.
As i am not selected the HR from the unifytech didn't call me for plan B. So I just want to tell you to all the candidates. Please focus on genuine company not to focus on the scam like this. They give you false hope to make there own positive from you and force you to give client round knowing that your experience is not matching with the client requirement. PLEASE DON'T GO FOR THIS SCAM.
