4 Interviews - Initial phone screen, Zoom interview with role play recruiting questions, In Person Interview with COO, In Person Interview with CEO. The interview process was unnecessarily long and could have been condensed down to 3 or even 2 panel interviews

I went through 3 interviews with 3 different people, alonside 2 assessments for Powerpoint and Excel. I was called and left text messages (when I was busy and didn't answer) to schedule my next interview or assessment, so I would respond and schedule those and they would respond nearly immediately. But, when I was the one reaching out, I never got a response back from the recruiter at all. Not through email, text message, or phone call. It took me having to email HR for them to respond to me after a week of being ghosted.
