I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Unicode Systems (Lucknow) in Jan 2013
Interview
Conventional IT recruiting pattern:-
1st Campus visit & Group Discussion (with other Developers, HTML designers, QA engineers)
2nd Personal Interview (with Project Manager)-- Done to access inclination towards specific IT domain. I made it clear that I was interested in Mobile development.
3rd Technical Round (with Mobile team TL)
4th Machine test
5th HR round -- Majority of the process was centered around the HR. He was co-operative & tried to attend to the many queries I had about my prospects in this organization. Also he invested the time to explain my CTC, Incentives & other benefits that would be on offer. The HR policies were revised from time to time to meet the growing demands of newer recruits.
