First interview:10 mins. phone interview with a lady
Second Interview: ca. 1hr with another lady (senior corporate recruitment). Nice lady. asked the usual interview questions and some personal questions relating to my CV, though.
Third interview: Lady from second interview, another person from HR, and the department manager. The interview went as usual. Basic; nothing out of the ordinary. Went through CV.

Telefoninterview mit detaillierten Fragen zur eigenen Motivation, dem Unternehmen und meinem Mehrwert auf der Rolle. Ausführliches Interview mit der nächsthöheren Führungskraft sowie HR. Insgesamt sehr strukturiert mit einem nachvollziehbaren roten Faden und jederzeit fair und transparent.
