Gespräch ca. 3 Tage nach der Online-Bewerbung, angenehmes Gespräch per Telefon, 2 Mitarbeiter aus der Fachabteilung haben das Gespräch geführt, kein 'Erstinterview' mit HR, Sofort wurde das 'Du' angeboten wie in der Branche üblich, keine übermäßig schweren Fragen und zeitnahe Rückmeldung

easy, very structured, 5 interviews, friendly atmosphere - do not offer a lot - do not expect a lot, many other people, including group interviews, strange that HR has a say in the hiring process, all seems very formal - but still nothing to fear - if you are smart high chances that you are the only one smart who is applying...
