Looked at my past experience, but it was more about getting if I am an ongoing person, talkative, etc
To get if I can deal with customers easily, and if I would manage to guide them through the shop as well. They were not looking for introvert personnalities.
I had an okay interview experience at Undiz. The recruiter was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked situational questions focused on customer interaction, how to describe and best sale a product. They were particularly interested in my flexibility and willingness to work weekends.
