      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UnderTheDoormat (London, England) in Feb 2022

      Interview

      Starts with a cv and cover letter If that’s successful, a zoom interview with one member of the leadership team. This puts you at ease If that’s successful, you go to the offices and are interviewed by 2-4 members of leadership. This is more daunting but generally you’re only 1-1 for questions for a short time. If that’s successful, you might have a call with your prospective manager (not an interview, just a ‘chat’)
