While the first points of contact and interview day were fine, the organization is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized in its communication. This really turned me off from recommending this place to other educators. I was told a timeline which was never followed and was led on to a point that was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. While waiting to hear a decision after the interview day, I received a request for anonymous feedback which requires your name. It sounded like a rejection, however, when I asked the director, she told me to wait to hear from someone else instead of saying respectfully that I did not get an offer. Then I was sent feedback and asked to review it last minute for a phone call. The person on the call was 30 mins late. Then during the call I was asked to reflect upon the feedback and articulate the key takeaways later to be told that I did not get an offer. This was extremely demeaning. Do other candidates the favor of not stringing them a long and sending rejection surveys and failing to clearly communicate rejections in a timely manner. What a debacle.
