Interview
It was easy. lesson plaan and few questions with principal. They ggave me lesson plan. I had to teach for 20 minitues. After that quick interview with the principal. I also had to teach a class of 30-35 students.
15-min demo with real-time feedback in front of about 10 principals and the other candidates. Heavy emphasis on applying TLAC on the spot. One-on-one interview with a school principal afterwards.
