I applied online. I interviewed at Unbabel (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Nov 2020
Interview
Took about 3 months to receive a final answer, which was naturally a 'No'. Everything was extremely disorganized, it took about 2 weeks only to schedule the second interview. The questions I was asked on both interviews were the same, it seems there was communication between the recruiter and the direct manager. After being ghosted for 2+ months, I finally received an email stating they chose a candidate who was more 'advanced in the recruitment process'. Extremely unprofessional since I was available and responsive to the recruiter's emails.

Question 1
Why Unbabel?
Why this position?
Why do you want to leave your current job if you are happy there? (lol)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unbabel in Apr 2021
Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unbabel in Jun 2019
Interview
After 10 minutes of basic questions about hobby and success, Pedro stopped me and said that my English is not good enough and they are looking "native" level of English. I asked if they do tests to check the English level, Pedro replied that this interview "WAS an oral test". WTF!? Pedro is not native and he is actually speaking English with a strong accent. There were no questions about a vacancy.
Unbabel describes themselves as a company with "Silicon Valley atmosphere". Guys, do you know the salaries in California?? By having parties every Friday is NOT making you any close to Silicon Valley companies. Nor does Pedro. Was a very unpleasant experience.
