The interviews themselves were professional and handled well. I liked the team members that I talked to and they all seemed like good folk. The only problems that I ran into were: 1) Uncertainty of what the next interview would entail - each time I set up an interview with HR, the "type" of interview was never mentioned. So I didn't know what to prepare for, being a cultural interview or technical. 2) At the end of the process I didn't receive a response. When I sent a follow up email, I was told that the team was being "deliberate" with their decision (this was a week and a half after the final interview). After more than 2 months of waiting, I think it's safe to say I didn't get the job... Even an email with no body/text/feedback, but has a subject line that says "No" would have been appreciated, really. It was discouraging to wait so long for a response that never came. I'm sure Ultra Mobile has valid reasons for not providing a response (either time or legal [or maybe they forgot about me?]) to candidates, so I can't really be mad at HR or anyone for following company policy.
