First round - you would go in and do an in person numeric test
Second round - you would speak to the Operations Manager and an Operations Analyst and it felt more like an interrogation rather than an interview
I think they are looking for a unicorn candidate that doesnt exist because the job posting is still up

They just went down through my resume and asked about experiences
Went okay. 2 tests followed by interview with HR manager. 1 test was pattern recognition for a pattern and another was a series of saying if two numbers matched. Interview was focused on my resume and history and motivations. Was okay

Walk me through your history, why do you want this job, what are your strengths
Need to complete some math questions: comparing numbers, finding patterns, and then the interview. They ask you about why Uline, if you are good with teamwork, if you like startup vs. big company, etc.
Pre-screen, asked about my current location and that the position requires i be in the city, province. Asked for details about listed experience in resume and technical skills etc. Adamant about living in area in order to move foward regardless if you are willing/planning to relocate
