They first had me take digital assessments at home some of which were relevant some of which were not (one related to my sales ability for a studio position). They then onsite had me take 2 technical tests unrelated to the job where I had to complete number sequences and identity if 2 multidigit numbers were the same. Again, this is a studio assistant position. Once we actually spoke, the interview was easy, but the job they described in person did not really reflect the job in the job posting. The job posting is also posted to many different areas around Chicago, but you can only work at their headquarters in Wisconsin which I found to be a deceptive strategy to encourage applications.
