I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2015
Interview
They advertised on their website they have a job fair every Thur. from 11-1 so I stopped by because I am unemployed and just lost my job. I felt the person who interviewed me was just going through the steps and I interrupted her day. She asked me If I was playing hooky for the day and what brought me here. What do you think brought me here? I am unemployed. What dumb questions I was asked at the job fair.

Interview
Overall smooth process during the interview had to complete some simple tests to get to next part. Not a bad experience overall. Doesn't feel like time wasted. Would recommened to others to give a fair shot
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied on website and had to take 3 personality tests. The tests were fairly easy but the company seemed very focused on making sure the they were looking for a specific employee type.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Sept 2016
Interview
I was contacted the day I applied for an in-person interview. Before the interview I had to take 4 assessments, all of which had nothing to do with the job I applied for. The day of the interview, I had two more number tests. I'm not sure what the point of the tests were, one of them was a sales test, even though the job I applied for was IT. The HR recruiter was very rude during the interview, and barely even looked me in the eye during the interview. After the interview though she told me she liked my skills and would be contacting me in two days to set-up another interview with an IT manager. They contacted me over a week later in an email saying I did not get the position. Honestly though, I did not want the job anyways, since from other reviews on here, ULINE seems like a horrible place to work.
