Overly excessive pre-tests: Two personality tests, IQ test, super basic writing, basic proofreading, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access. Then prior to the in-person interview on-site, MORE tests: One to make sure you're not dyslexic, and another proofreading test. After sapping about nine hours of my time, the hiring manager was called into another meeting and didn't even show up for the interview. p.s. I drove five hours to the interview, and was not offered reimbursement. Overall, very unprofessional company. With competition for talent from giant competitors just down the street, I suspect they'll have a tough time growing their workforce with such an unprofessional recruiting process.
