Excellent. First round phone interview. Second round in person with option of webcam. Internal recruiter identified me as a candidate via LinkedIn. Recruiter did an excellent job of presenting the company, it's culture, the position, and the strength of the company for long term growth. Very interesting company history, management style and appetite for new challenges.
