I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uline (Auburn, WA)
Interview
I interviewed here for the HR Manager job and found out the real reasons why the position had been open over a year and the high turn over for this job. To start off with their compensation is lowest around this area, not only in this job but others that HR is suppose to recruit and hire. Culturally, they are strict, ridged and policies are out dated or non existent.

Interview
Outdated practices for hiring. Made me do multiple unrelated tests for intelligence and pattern recognition without telling me. Never bothered to call me back. Posted the position again not even 2 months later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI)
Interview
5 hours on 3 different occasions of testing. Testing that was made of of basic capabilities that anyone with experience would have to know. An hour long video interview followed by a 2.5 hour long on-site interview. Then crickets.. it’s been weeks and heard nothing. Assuming they’ve moved on and I’ve accepted another offer.

It’s been so long now I cannot remember any of the questions. There was nothing thought provoking, only basic questions on-site by the same 2 people who did the video interview.
