Ridiculous process, non stop sick tests started from the first day you come in contact with them, felt like applying job for secret service. This place probably attract new graduate, because they won't mind all the tests. Experienced people will puke on all the ridiculous tests(Personality test, sales agent test(for software developer? Really? Is this a joke), behavior test, number matching tests, pattern matching test...etc). Why don't u just hook us up to a lie detector or just take our blood, lol. In the middle of all the tests, I decided I don't wanna work there so I messed up tests on purpose, also because I heard once u are in, there are other sick company rules wating. This is a perfect example of a thing called Over test!
