I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ugam (Bengaluru) in May 2013
Interview
Recruitment event, 2 rounds.
1st round was a group discussion on what the company does, and the technical challenges it faces. We we marked on critical thinking on the requirements. Next round had us design a system. A lot of design aspects were tested, assumptions we made were validated. Optimization strategies were also discussed.

Question 1
The questions were totally based on the projects that I had put into the resume. I messed it up here instead of writing handwritten digit recognition, I had put number detection using image processing, and the interviewer took the interview towards image recognition.
He also asked me about SQL and the properties of SQL.
