Ubiquity Retirement + Savings interview questions

The interview process was fine. I enjoyed getting to know the team. I was given a verbal offer to join the team. However, an hour before discussing the details of the offer with a member of the leadership team, I was told that the verbal offer was rescinded and that they were going with an internal candidate. I've never seen or heard of that happen before in an interview process with anyone. In this job market, not only is that extremely disappointing, but it's also very unprofessional. Tread carefully with companies that make snap decisions like this.

Set up the interview, in my opinion I performed fairly well and gave detailed answers. May not have done as well as I thought, Did not receive call for 2nd interview.
