Recruiter Phone Interview- asked you four questions specific to your nursing care experience, then told you about what units had openings, then they placed you on the waiting list for a position to open
Phone interview first and then in person interview with the unit manager. It's pretty straight forward. Basic interview questions. Personally I thought the phone interview was much more in depth than the actual one in person.
