Interview
I had a short phone interview and a few weeks later I went in to be interviewed by the managers. I received an offer about a week later. I think the entire process from application to offer was about a month.

They asked me general interview questions, such as why did you choose to work here? What are some challenges you have? Give an example of encountering a difficult situation and how you approached it?
I had a phone interview with HR then a virtual interview with branch manager. It was pretty much almost all behavioral questions. I did not hear back initially, had to contact them after the virtual interview in order to hear if a decision had been made.

Interview
They tend to do interviews with three branch higher up employees. For me, the interviewers weren’t as energetic as they should’ve been so it gave off the idea that they weren’t interested from the start.
This is a company where you have to submit a resume and a cover letter. After than process you can plan on: One Screen interview over the phone, around 20 minutes Second interview at working location, around 45 minutes
