Short and quick. Was asked about my background, interests, how I would handle issues in the field. It was a man and a woman in the room with me also. They were both very nice and polite.

Interview
My first interview was at a professional engineering conference. I spoke to them at their table and was invited to interview with them a little later that day in a more isolated and professional environment. I was then invited to attend their "super day" the following week where I did a round of 4 interviews, each with a different department and for a different position. I was given an offer the only a few days later.

Had 2 interviews, 1 personal, 1 presentation prepared from a design brief. 1st interview started very informally, hence felt non pressed. The hard questions did come, to which the interviewers were stern, however at that stage I wanted to impress. 2nd interview was tricky as design brief was deliberately vague, however on the whole, very enjoyable and I feel I did get an opportunity to show my skills.

The whole design brief, as it was very open ended. The brief was that asked at the beginning of a new prototype introduction process, with not very many requirements. Hence I believe they wanted to see how you would design something, being able to pick out which requirements were relevant, which were not applicable and which needed clarification.

Interview
Company attended school's job fair where HR told me to apply online. Submitted application online and was contacted a few weeks later by HR to set up interview with managers. Phone interview was conducted by 3 managers. Basic behaviorial interview with questions regarding resume and the previous work experience that relates to the position. Total length of interview was 1hr. Was told that I'd be contacted back by the following week and was called back by HR for the acceptance news and further steps.
